The shipping costs shown only apply to mainland destinations. Delivery to islands is excluded.
Due to the new European PPWR regulations, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship private consumer orders to countries other than the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.
Business customers who purchase our products for resale can still order from us. These orders cannot be placed through our webshop.
Would you like to place an order as a business reseller? Please email your order to info@schilderenopnummer.com and include:
the required product numbers and quantities;
your company name and full address details;
your valid VAT number.
After verifying your company details and VAT number, we will create the order manually for you.
Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 p.m. on working days are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.
We depend on DPD and PostNL for delivery. Any stated delivery times are therefore an indication only. Payment by bank transfer may add one additional working day to the processing time.
If the recipient is not at home, the carrier may deliver the parcel to a neighbour or take it to a nearby parcel shop. The recipient will be informed by email.
Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us by email or telephone as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
